She will be discharged. She lied on her application. Just as she would get fired from a job in the civilian world for doing the same thing.

Ok, so the recruiter already has knowledge of the two circumstances. And, they were both during her minor years?

She could order all her records sealed. In such an instance it’s highly likely unless she was tried as an adult that the court will seal the records. The courts do tend to protect anything during minority years.

Next, if anything comes of it, simply give the recruiters name. The recruiter wouldn’t suggest anything that he/she knew would come to hurt the candidate. That’s just as much of a bad reflection on him/her than solely on the candidate. Recruiters know what they’re talking about.

As to the rest of the people answering… ignore them.
